How Do Jingle Jugs™ Work?
Jingle Jugs™ can be activated manually by pressing the black "Try Me" button located in the lower center area of the plaque, or can be set to activate automatically by motion. The motion sensor is located just above the "Try Me" button.
Can I Turn Off The Motion Sensor?
The mode switch is located on the back of the plaque near the bottom. It can be set in one of three positions: Motion Control, Off, or Try Me. In the Motion Control Mode, Jingle Jugs™ will play with any change in light or motion.
How Can I Display My Jingle Jugs™?
Jingle Jugs™ may be hung on a wall using provided holes, or may be displayed on a flat surface with the included easel by snapping the unit into place on the back of the plaque.
How Can I Power My Jingle Jugs™?
You can use the 120V AC Adapter to plug into a standard North American wall outlet. The input is 120V AC 60Hz, and output is 6V DC 800mA. The Plug adaptor in the AC/DC jack is located on the lower back of the unit. Alternatively, if no outlet is available, 4 "D" sized batteries may be used.
What Kind Of Batteries Do I Need?
Batteries are not required for Jingle Jugs™, but if you want to take 'em on the road or there is no outlet available, Jingle Jugs™ uses four "D" cell batteries. You must use a Phillips head screwdriver to remove the battery compartment prior to installation. For optimal performance, use Alkaline batteries. If your Jingle Jugs™ performs erratically in sound or movement, it's time to replace the batteries.
